Dear Boys,
I'm sorry I haven't had time to write lately. It feels like my letters are getting farther and farther apart. I'll try harder to sit down and write to you more often. I just wanted to take a minute today to tell you how cute you are! You've been boycotting naps. Which is largely due to Hunter. Hunter does funny things, which causes Connor to laugh and before you know it you're both in your room giggling like crazy. You've been the best of friends lately. Last night Connor was so tired and all he could do was cry. He went and sat in the corner and cried his little heart out. Finally, Hunter grabbed Connor's juice and corn dog and took them over to Connor and laid them down by his feet. Not even a minute later Connor quit crying and just whimpered while he ate his corn dog. You had to get flu shots today. Connor screamed and cried during his shot, which made Hunter start crying before he even got his shot. In sympathy, Connor pinched his good leg as hard as he could the whole time Hunter was getting the shot in his leg. Lots of people say that twins develop their own language. I'm not noticing that you two speak to each other in a language, but you definitely communicate to each other non-verbally all day long. I can see the look in Hunters eye when he wants Connor to get into trouble with him. Connor always follows brother. Which equals lots of trouble in this house. For example, one day during nap time the two of you opened your closet and pulled everything out. Everything! No doubt Hunter's idea. You both splash through puddles...Hunter is always the first to dive in. It seems that Hunter will be the one we have to watch out for... Unless, you're both fooling us... Hmmm. You two... If you weren't so cute I don't know what I'd do with you. My favorite memory over the last few days has been when I snuck in to get pictures of you sleeping last night. Even though it had been the longest day ever and you two spent most of the day crying because you had skipped naps when we put you to bed you stayed up an extra half hour giggling in your room. When it was finally quiet in there I snuck in and you were snuggled together. I pray every night that you two stay the best of friends. I love you and love you and love you!
Mommy
